Honor your midlife transits. Reclaim your somatic power. Build the legacy you were born to leave.

When you understand the structure of your midlife journey, you stop reacting to the storm. You step out of survival mode, gather your true gifts, and begin the slow, sacred process of building your life’s work on solid ground.

This is what I call Making Landfall.

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m Siobhan McAuley—artist, writer, dream guide, and astrologer. I’ve been studying the stars for three decades alongside the body-based somatic and dream work I’ve developed as a yoga teacher since 1998. Each of these practices forms a distinct language for the same central inquiry I've spent my life focused on: what is life asking of me, right now?

This space houses the body of work that is emerging from my own crossing—my life’s work—which I teach through my core framework, Making Landfall.

Some of this work lives in my writing, some has taken shape in the studio through my painting and ceramic work, and some of it happens through intimate live workshops.

If you feel called to find your own solid ground, the best place to begin is by entering our flotilla on Substack, Between the Stars and Me. This is a dedicated space where the body, the outer planet transits, and the profound crossing of midlife come together.
Choose your entry point onto the water:

  • The Harbor (Free): Receive public essays designed to calm your nervous system and remind you that you’re no longer alone in the open ocean.

  • The Afterdeck (Annual Membership): Step into our innermost private collective for women of depth. Take the helm and gain immediate entry to the Chartroom - our living digital vault of somatic tools and transit guides being built, together, in real time, including The Midlife Voyage Inventory. The Afterdeck also hosts our private peer-to-peer community thread each month and our live quarterly gatherings anchored by the predictability of the solar/lunar cycle.

This digital home is still evolving, but for now, Substack is where the living work happens.

I look forward to meeting you on the water.

Siobhan
